There are two apartments for rent:
1 bedroom- 1st floor - Recently refurnished living room, dining room, bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom and kitchen. Wood floors. Porch outside of unit with view of boardwalk/beach. Sleeper sofa and loveseat in living room.
Cute faux tiled fireplace in living room. Flat screen smart TV with premium channels in living room, smaller flat screen in bedroom with dvr/streaming. Stream your faves. Wireless internet. Tub/shower in bathroom with original clawfoot tub (boxed). Air conditioning/ceiling fan. Kitchen fully-stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc.
2 bedroom - 2nd floor - living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom (newly remodeled) and kitchen. Wireless internet. Phone. Flat screen smart TVs. Stream your favorite channels. There are ocean views from the living room, dining room, and outside front porch. Porch is shared with unit 1. There are many windows in the unit which bring in the lovely ocean breezes. There is air conditioning throughout for the hottest days of the summer and four ceiling fans circulate the air nicely all year round. There are cathedral ceilings in the two bedrooms and hallway. There are also skylights in the bedrooms and Victorian details throughout. There is a queen size brass bed in the master bedroom, a twin size Victorian daybed with trundle bed (bed underneath is also twin size) in the second bedroom, and a full size sofa bed and convertible loveseat in the living room for guests.
This unit has quite a few authentic Victorian period furnishings, including a lovely antique hanging lamp in the dining area. The house was built in the late 1800's and there is original wainscoting in the living and dining rooms. It has been lovingly remodeled and decorated. There are wood floors throughout.
There are many activities to enjoy all summer, such as flea markets, old-fashioned parades, and free organ concerts on Saturdays in the Great Auditorium. Come to Ocean Grove; you will have a summer to remember!
