Rental unit details:
The apartment for rent is on the second floor and consists of a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen.
There are ocean views from the living room, dining room, and outside front porch. There are many windows in the unit which bring in the lovely ocean breezes. There is air conditioning throughout for the hottest days of the summer and four ceiling fans circulate the air nicely all year round. There are cathedral ceilings in the two bedrooms and hallway.
There are skylights in the bedrooms and Victorian details throughout. There is a queen size brass bed in the master bedroom, a twin size Victorian daybed with trundle bed (bed underneath is also twin size) in the second bedroom, and a full size sofa bed and convertible loveseat in the living room for guests.
The house has quite a few authentic Victorian period furnishings, including a lovely antique hanging lamp in the dining area. It was built in the late 1800's and there is original wainscoting in the living and dining rooms. It is newly-remodeled and redecorated. There are wood floors throughout; all have been refinished. The kitchen floor is also new.
There are many activities to enjoy all summer, such as flea markets, old-fashioned parades, and free organ concerts on Saturdays in the Great Auditorium. Come to Ocean Grove; you will have a summer to remember!
